| Description | hi kerwin we had tested with v11m and v11o version with below TV in SKB building. LG TV Model is UH6200 according to our engineer, it didn't see this issue on last Thursday . however today our engineer happen same issue with 11o version. so our engineer try to have tested do with using 11m . but it happen same issue. when try to plug in /out HDMI cable, it also happen same issue. it seem our patch don't solve this issue. it just didn't reproduce same issue before. the enviroment is same. please see an attached log . Issue happen time is about 15h 22m. it find many point in a log as " -20 15:22:23.976 6548 6548 E hdcp_tx22: [TX] Receiver requested reauthentication 04-20 15:22:23.976 6548 6548 E hdcp_tx22: [TX] Capture exception string requested reauth" Thanks | ||||

hi kerwin 11u ( dollbyvison + hdmi 4k 8bit) don't happen same issue on LG tv. which item is included in Test 11u ? all patch or only dollbyvison + hdmi 4k 8bit Thanks. |

hi kerwin it is verify in Test FW. So it is closed at this moment. if it have some problem again, it will reopen it. Thanks. |
